Plans on future

Greetings ladies and gentlemens,  it's time to tell you a bit about our game and jam we took part in.

First, few words about jam. It was Enigma game jam created by Youtuber
Matt Aspland. It was first ever jam for me and the rest of my team, and i could say, that was very entertaining :D
That 2 weeks surely were intensive and we will talk more about developement proccess in youtube video that i will link, once it will be done. Overall i should say, that working with such close deadlines really make you learn things much faster(in exchange for you health :D)
For example, using git for collaboration was something we never did before, but learned it quickly to make our work easier.
In the end we've acheved the main thing we persuit in this jam - experience. We'll definitely join other jams in future and try our best to make some cool games.
Now let's learn a bit about future of our game from this jam - Share Your Treat, don't be tricked.
As I've already said, this game was made during Enigma game jam and therefore has some wakie-staff inside it's code :D
So, this is our first target - refactoring all the game code and fixing some other staff. And only after that we maybe will make the game interesting to play :)
Being a bit more specific here is some things that we will most likely make:
-Adding some environment outside the main door;
-Implementing some sort of progression in the game.
-Playable 2nd floor (probably will be tied to a progression system)
-More NPC models
And this will be enough for now:)
We definetely learned how to make somewhat of a game during this jam, but now it's time to learn, how to actually finish it :D
Well, if you made it to that part, thank you :D don't see any reason to read devlog about some random game(like this), but reaction and comments from players ( like you ;) )is one of the best motivators for creators like us.
That will conclude this log, feel free to write about all the problems of our game on it's itchio page :)
Have a greatest day, ByE
